This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use iCalendars.net, including advertising (Prebid, Google Ad Manager, and Google AdX), and how you can exercise your choices.

9. U.S. state privacy rights

California (CCPA/CPRA)

Colorado (CPA) — universal opt-out
Colorado requires honoring opt-out preference signals sent through a universal opt-out mechanism (for example, GPC).
Connecticut (CTDPA) — opt-out preference signals
Connecticut requires honoring opt-out preference signals for targeted advertising and sale of personal data (including signals such as GPC).
Texas (TDPSA)
Texas residents have rights over personal data and, where applicable, can opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising and sale of personal data.
Oregon (OCPA)
Oregon’s consumer privacy law provides rights over personal data, including opt-out rights in certain cases.
How we handle opt-out signals: where required by applicable state law (and where technically feasible), we will treat recognized opt-out preference signals (such as GPC) as a valid opt-out request.
10. Children’s privacy
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (limited logging, access controls, updates, etc.). No system is perfectly secure.
